Topshop cream to powder blushes £6 each
available online and in stores
It may come as a surprise that my once lipstick obsession has been overtaken by a greater beauty force – the cream blusher. Recently I have been stockpiling these cream to powder beauties left, right and centre and my most recent splurge saw me leave with not one but three new blushers from Topshop. For the summer you can’t beat the slightly dewy, luminous and light finish of a cream blusher and I was pleased to add this colourful trio to my stash otherwise consumed with Stila Convertibles, YSL Creme de Blush and Bourjois’ new cream blushes, with a few MAC ones thrown in for good measure!
The Topshop cream blushers are lovely to use, very buildable with a true cream-to-powder finish. Even though they leave the skin with a subtle dewiness, they are probably the most ‘powdery’ product out of my entire cream blush collection. I tend to just use my fingertips to apply these blushers; simply dabbing and smoothing the cream formula onto the apples of my cheeks. Morning Dew is by far my favourite – a cute pinky-coral that gives you a gorgeous flush but Head Over Heels is the perfect peachy-hue if you need a peach addition in your collection. At only £6 each, and with some pretty polka-dot packaging to boot, these are such a fab product I am already dreaming of my next purchase. Neon Rose perhaps?
