Soap and Glory Rich & Foamous body wash and Smoothie Star body buttercream

Soap & Glory products are what I would call those pretty bathroom items. Those certain tubs, tubes and bottles that you will happily place on your shelf or in your cupboard, in all their girlie glory, and enjoy every now and again. With their cutesy, borderline gimmicky packaging, Soap & Glory will be a brand you either love or hate but personally I really enjoy their bath time treats and have recently been indulging in two of their most popular products.

Rich & Foamous Shower & Bath body wash is a deliciously rich, creamy body wash that lathers up nicely on the skin and leaves it feeling soft, moisturised and lightly-fragranced. The scent of S&G products will be another clincher with this brand but the sweet vanilla, nutty, oaty fragrance gets the thumbs up from me. As a body wash the Rich & Foamous is the perfect shower companion but if you are looking for something to give you that mountain of bubbles in your bath, this might disappoint.  Smoothie Star lightly whipped Buttercream is a dream for your skin and combines two of my favourite scents, vanilla and coconut, along with 5 intensive oils to transform skin from dry and scaly to smooth and silky-soft. It is thick and luscious, a tad richer than your average The Body Shop body butter, and a little goes a long way. Despite it being packed full of oils and a super-nourishing formula, I don’t find this buttercream too overpowering or greasy. In fact it sinks in incredibly quickly and is the one product I am reaching for to keep my skin perfectly-prepped for the Summer!

I believe Boots are still running their 3 for 2 on selected items so I think it is high time to add some more Soap & Glory to my bathroom stash! What do you think of Soap & Glory products?

    I love the scent of sugar crush products by Soap and Glory but these too look interesting too. Might have to go give the a sniff when I'm in Boots!

    I love soap and glory as their products smell amazing BUT as you said a lot of people don't….for example my lovely little mum…she doesn't really like their products.

    I have tried their body butters or scrubs…I've only tried their face washes but have been slightly put of due to the fact they contain parabens……

    I think they are aesthetically pleasing and that they try with their product but sometimes they may fall 'just' short of having a really rich indulgent product, which is still awesome! I'll be investing in some products too.

    I swear everything Soap&Glory makes smells amazing!! However, I never liked their bottle design, I feel like I have to stand their for 2 mins pumping shower gel. 😛 xxx

    I don't usually like products that smell so girly but soap and glory products actually work so well that I over look it! I recently bought their handcream, and it is AM-AZ-ING. It genuinely works really well and just leaves your hands moisturised rather than with a film of grease all over them. Try it!

    I always like the scent of fruits like orange for any body wash.
