Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains* £7.99 available from Boots

First came the flowers, and then came the chocolates, each mystery gift simply annotated with these three solitary letters #JBK and for weeks a few other bloggers and I speculated, trying to decipher this cryptical code. Last weekend the puzzle was pieced together with the delivery of Revlon’s latest lip product – Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains – a pampering balm fused with a lightweight lipstain giving you smooth, soft lips with a flush of colour.

Likened to Clinique’s Chubby Sticks with a near on identical appearance and similar combination of balm and stain, these Just Bitten Kissable balm stains from Revlon come in seven lovely shades and possess  a sweet, pepperminty scent. The adorable crayon applicator with a soft, rounded tip gives you complete control for easy and precise application.

Revlon Just Bitten Kissable

I think everyone can find there perfect colour amongst the Just Bitten Kissable range, whether it be a soft pink, vampy purple or that illusive ‘lip colour but better’ shade. The darker shades are obviously a lot more pigmented than the muted ones, which act more like a tinted lip balm, but all are incredibly moisturising and a pleasure to apply with their light, gel formula. The crayon simply twists up from the bottom to reveal more product and they all give the lips a lustrous, glossy finish. I personally love the richness of Crush which is a overripe berry-pink with a strong pigmentation, and also Darling which is a lovely bright lilac – very flattering with a buildable intensity.

Have you tried any of these out yet? Which one is your favourite?

If you love this i would totally recommend a trip to eBay to buy Charm. It wasn't released here, which is frankly rude of Revlon if you ask me. It's the nicest pale peach/apricot shade!

I own Charm & Honey! Love them! I've heard a lot of other people saying they find them to be not moisturising at all, but you said you did. I agree. I find them moisturising, and easy to work with! Definitely will need to pick up a few more shades! 🙂

This is a great post. I love the balm stains. I only have lovesick because my local stores only stocked a few and it was the only one left.
