In between sunbathing and scoffing numerous ice creams, we managed to raise ourselves from the beach and head to the local markets to see what gems we could unearth. I loved scouring the series of stalls knowing full well that an eagle-eye and a few euros will lead to a really unique piece. I fell in love with the tribal-esque collar necklace instantly and knew it would be perfect paired with a cream dress and sun-kissed skin. The cracked stone ring was an obviously purchase as I am drawn like a magpie to all things turquoise and it was a triumph when I discovered the faux retro casio watch – the exact style I had been pining after for ages!

Do you go mad for the markets when on holiday?
